We Opened Because Belhaven Deserved Better Coffee
Bad Moms Coffee started with a simple frustration: why was there no place in town where a great cup of coffee felt like an event, not an afterthought?
So we built one. Not a chain. Not a franchise. Just a small, intentional space on Pamlico Street where the espresso machine is maintained daily, the pastries are made in-house, and the music is never too loud to talk over.
We believe coffee should be taken seriously without taking yourself too seriously. That's the bad mom energy — competent, unapologetic, and always making sure you've had something to eat.
